Energy & Maritime Security Services, LLC (EMSS) is a security company supplying comprehensive security service solutions and incident response services for the corporate and maritime environments.

Our goal is to protect our client’s assets and personnel while constantly remaining aware that we are supporting our client’s daily business function, not the reverse.

Our contacts and network of security professionals allows us to operate in locations throughout the world namely Nico Bar Islands, Sri Lanka, The Maldives, Indian Ocean, Somali Coastline, Yemen Coastline, Djibouti (Hells Gate), Suez Canal, The Mediterranean, the Gulf of Aden, the Red Sea, the Straits of Homus, Horn of Africa, East and West Africa, Australia, Java Straits, South China Sea, Maccasar Straits, Andaman Sea and the Malacca Straits.

While we hold our past and present client’s confidentiality inviolate, they include the world's largest corporations, governments, and private citizens.  They are engaged in the business of oil and gas production, construction, maritime salvage, fixed platform operation and humanitarian relief.

Presently we are expanding our capabilities to provide security for port facilities located throughout the world.

From the Mississippi Gulf Coast in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to the Iraqi desert in the middle of an asymmetric war, EMSS has the experience and expertise to give our clients peace of mind in a hostile world. 

EMSS PERSONNEL

Our security professionals are all former military and law enforcement officers who have served worldwide in high risk environments such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Southeast Asia and South America.  Our approach is simple; employ the best personnel, ensure training to the standard of the worst case scenario, and demand the highest individual accountability. 

EMSS is a “one stop” solution company. We do not sub-contract to questionable companies or individuals; we maintain full command and control of the entire operation from the initial inquiry to the final mission report.

Our Maritime Piracy Suppression Standing Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are tried and proven. Our clients have thoroughly scrutinized our work and have been very impressed with the detailed layout of our operations.

It is our practice to work closely with the relevant littoral states and authorities so that our clients receive the best response and assistance while at the same time respecting the important and varying duties of those state bodies.
